Cromwell REIT is announcing the acquisition of Sognevej 25, Brøndby, a light industrial and logistics asset in Copenhagen, Denmark, for DKK 117.4 million (approximately €15.8 million or S$22.3 million).

The freehold property is currently 29% (with a one-year rent guarantee on the remaining area) and has a 22,842 m² floor area.
