Cromwell European REIT is announcing the sale of Opus Asset, an office property in Finland near Helsinki, for 16.2 million Euro ; while also announcing the purchase of a UK logistics asset, Runcorn Asset, for £18.9 million.

The acquisition will be internally funded.
