Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust is announcing the acquisition of three logistics and industrial buildings in the sate of Victoria, Australia. The portfolio, purchased at a price of A$61.0 million (about S$60.4 million) is 100% occupied with a long WALE of 6.6 years.

All properties, in the industrial precinct of Truganina near Melbourne, are freehold. Funding will be internal thanks to the recent sale of Cross Street Exchange in Singapore.
