Cromwell European REIT continues its expansion with the acquisition of three logistics properties (two in Holland and one in the United Kingdom). Fully occupied, the combined properties have a long WALE of 8 years and are all freehold.

Total cost of 57.8 million Euro will be funded thanks a recent issue of S$100 perpetual notes by the trust.
