ParkwayLife REIT is announcing the acquisition of its third nursing home in Japan. Habitation Kisarazu Ichiban-kan, in Kisarazu City (Chiba prefecture) is a 150 beds property and leased to a subsidiary of Kabushiki Kaisha Habitation.

The transaction of JPY3,200 million (approximately S$37.92 million) is expected to be yield accretive.
