Cromwell REIT is announcing the acquisition of a recently completed logistics and light industrial warehouse (freehold) in Italy near Venice, for the price of 19.6 million Euro (about S$30.6 million). It is currently fully leased to Reckitt Benckiser Group with a 6.5% Net Operating Income yield.
