Ascendas REIT is announcing the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 freehold logistics properties in Kansas City, USA. The assets, totaling over 200,000 m² of Net Lettable Area, come with a combined 92.6% occupancy rate and WALE of 2.8 year, with 27 customers on a majority of triple-net leases.

The transaction of US$156 million (about S$207.8 million) is expected to take place by the end of the year.
