Cromwell REIT is announcing the acquisition of a freehold logistic property in the Czech Republic for the price of 10.1 million Euros. The asset, sold by Cromwell Property Group (the trust sponsor) is 97.3% leased with an average lease length of 6.5 years.

The purchase will be funded by cash reserves.
