Ascendas India Trust is announcing the acquisition of industrial facility in Chennai, India. The purchased property is a grade A industrial building within Mahindra World City, still under construction. Fully pre-leased, the facility is built on a 8.82 acres leased land with about 97 years left on the lease.

The manager expects the operation, to be finalized this year, to be yield accretive.
