Mapletree Industrial trust continues its expansion into the US data centre market with the planned acquisition of data centre and office in Virginia. With a price that could reach up to US$262.1 million, the freehold asset is leased on a triple-net basis.

Exact financing is yet to be announced as the deal is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2021.
