The planned merger between Frasers Logistics Trust (FLT) and Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) is now effective following the required court hearing as well as the approval of unit holders of both trusts.

FCOT unitholders will receive S$1.68 per unit held by April 24, 2020. This consideration will be paid via a combination of 15.1 cents in cash and 1.233 new FLT units per FCOT unit.

Units of FCOT will be delisted from the SGX on April 29.
