Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) is announcing the divestment of a 17 year old industrial building in Selangor, Malaysia:

The sale price is 15.4 per cent higher than its latest valuation of RM52 million as at Mar 31, 2023. The manager said that it has chosen to waive the 0.5 per cent one-off disposal fee that it is entitled to from the sale.
