ESR-LOGOS REIT is announcing the sale of 2 Jalan Kilang Barat, a 9 storey industrial building in Singapore. The property is sold for S$35.3 million, a 21.7% premium over valuation.

The Divestment is not expected to have a material impact on E-LOG’s net asset value and distribution per unit for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
