ESR-LOGOS REIT is announcing the purchase of ESR Sakura Distribution Centre, a 5 storey logistics property in the Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The freehold facility is 75% occupied with a WALE of 2.9 years.

Financing of the total acquisition cost of about S$187.0 million is yet to be determined.
