CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust is announcing the acquisition of a 50% stake in 101 Miller Street & Greenwood Plaza in Sydney, Australia. The property has a 28 storey office tower and 2 storey office building (101 Miller Street) along with a retail centre (Greenwood Plaza). Land title is freehold and has about 94.9% committed occupancy.

At an agreed purchase price of A$422 million (about S$409.3 million), the transaction is expected to be yield accretive.
