AIMS APAC REIT is announcing the acquisition of Woolworths HQ in Sydney, Australia. The freehold business park has a NLA of 44,972 m² and is 100% leased to supermarket group Woolworths on a 10 year term. NPI yield is 5.17%.

The manager has yet to announce how the A$463.25 million transaction (or about S$454 million) will be funded.
