Keppel DC REIT is buying a second data centre in London for £57.0 million. Located in Bracknell, part of the Greater London urban area, it is build on a 4.7 are freehold plot of land.

The purchase is expected to be yield-accretive while lengthening WALE from 7.7 to 8.1 years and increasing leverage from 36.4% to 38.2%.
