Keppel REIT is announcing the purchase of a second data center in Germany. Located in Kelsterbach, near Frankfurt Airport, the property is about 50,000 m² and fully leased on a triple-net basis until 2025.

The 81.8 € million cost will be funded by debt, pushing the trust leverage from 30.3% to 33.6%.
