Parkway Trust Management Limited (the “Manager”), as manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (“PLife REIT”), one of Asia’s largest listed healthcare REITs, is pleased to announce the further expansion of its Japan portfolio in the Hokkaido region through the acquisition of three nursing homes - Blue Terrace Kagura, Blue Rise Nopporo and Blue Terrace Taisetsu (collectively, the “Properties”) from Blue Melon Capital Kabushiki Kaisha and its wholly-owned subsidiary, K2 Healthcare Sapporo Godo Kaisha (collectively, the “Vendors”). The total consideration price is JPY2,558 million (S$26.1 million) (the “Purchase Price”).
