The Maximum Consideration was negotiated on a willing buyer and willing seller basis and taking into consideration the independent valuation conducted by CBRE Limited (“CBRE”) 3 at £101.0 million (approximately S$171.7 million) as at 1 June 20224. The CBRE valuation is based on the income capitalisation approach and comparable market transactions.
