Mapletree Logistics Trust is announcing the acquisition of a logistics facility in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The freehold property, with a 70,400 m² gross floor area, is fully tenanted and has a purchase price of KRW135 billion (about S$153.8 million).

The acquisition is expected to be DPU accretive and likely funded by debt, pushing the trust gearing ratio to about 40.3%.
